James R. Dorado, M.D.
Dr. Dorado holds board certification in both Internal
Medicine and Pediatrics. His dual specialty training
allows him to care for people of all ages, from
newborns to the elderly. Although this specialty
seems unusual at first glance, it is nothing more
than family medicine with an equal emphasis
placed on both pediatrics and internal medicine. He
has been with Provider Physicians Inc. since 1997.
James is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a proud fan
of both the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland
Browns (when they exist). He obtained his B.S.
Degree from John Carroll University, and moved
down south to Dayton, Ohio where he received his
M.D. degree from Wright State University School of
Medicine in 1993. His journey continued in Dayton
where he completed his training in a combined
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program
in 1997.
Dr. Dorado currently resides in Westerville, Ohio
along with his wife Leslie. They have 2 children. He is involved with Xenos
Christian Fellowship Ministry most of the time, but
enjoys participating in sports, exercising, and social
gatherings. Say "'Hello!" the next time you see him
around Columbus!
