Provider Physicians East is a small medical office that offers more than the average small doctor's office.
We are located at 6421 East Main Street in Reynoldsburg. This is between Bryce Road and Rose Hill Road on the South side of the street. We are on the East Main Street Bus (COTA) line, and have ample parking. We are wheelchair accessible.
We have both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the same location!
Our name "Provider" means that we are he alth care providers for many different health care insurers. Since we are new, our name is not always listed in the Insurance company's Manuals. Please Call the member services of your insurance carrier or click on our Insurance List for details.
Our hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
