Internal Medicine I am an Internist with a group of doctors called Provider Physicians. I presently practice in the Provider Physicians Health center at 6421 East Main Street. You can reach our office at 614-755-3000 from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. This number is answered 24hours a day by one of our doctors on call. Background I grew up in Portsmouth, Ohio. I graduated from Ohio State University in microbiology. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed my Internal Medicine training at Mt. Carmel in Columbus. I practiced in Circleville for 8 years and have been in Columbus since 1989. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine. I am a Certified Medical Director of a Long Term Care Facility.
